Ginzola.com terms of business

Legal and beneficial ownership of goods and services provided by ginzola are retained by ginzola until paid for by the Client.  When these services and/or goods have been paid for by the Client full ownership, literal, beneficial and intellectual is transferred to the Client unless another special arrangement has been made in writing.

What does this mean for me?

This means that if we do something for you, and you pay for it, it is yours.  100%. We like to keep things simple, and prefer not to have tie-ins or other arrangements unless we agree it amongst ourselves.

If goods and services have not been paid for, ginzola reserve the right to withdraw them and/or alter them as they are ginzola property.
